All UK orders over £25 qualify for free shipping, but can also be upgraded at checkout with the options below. All items are shipped using recorded delivery for your security, so please ensure you choose an address where someone will be home – alternatively you will be left a note to pick your item up at a local post office.

Sending Gifts

Gift Wrapping

I offer a Gift Wrapping service for a £5 fee which you can apply at the checkout. If you select this option, your order can be sent, ready wrapped, directly to the recipient with no details of purchase included in the package. You can also add a small message to the parcel.

 

Sending Returns

I want to return an item

Of course, I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if you’re not completely happy, please visit this page or send an email to returns@elfenhardd.co.uk to start the return process. I will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or item of similar value, or refund via the original method of payment. I cannot refund any postal charges.

I cannot accept a refund or exchange on any item which has been personalised to your own specification.

Elfen Hardd offers a 6 month guarantee on any item purchased against breakages. This guarantee becomes void in the event of incorrect usage, third-party repairs and careless handling. The guarantee does not cover wear and tear on fabric parts such as leather, silk or cords. Please note any special care instructions included with your package.

My item is faulty - what do I do?

I make every item with the utmost care and I’m always disappointed to hear of any item which doesn’t meet the highest expectations. If your item is faulty within 6 months of purchase, I’m always more than happy to repair or exchange it for you. To prevent your item from reaching this state, please take a look at the care instructions which came with your package. A copy can also be seen on this website for your convenience.

How do I return an item?

After notifying me of your need to return an item, I will be in touch to give you further instructions. However, you can feel free to post it to me in the meantime, in its original packaging. Make sure that you include your name, order reference and contact details such as email or phone number.

For security, please send any returns via a ‘Signed for’ service and keep proof of postage, as I cannot be held responsible for postal losses.
